MEMPHIS—DCA, a creative communications consulting firm based in Downtown Memphis, has announced new and elevated roles to its staff.
Abbie Gordon, who has been with DCA since 2016, assumes the role of Vice President of Account Service and Digital Strategy. As the new lead of DCA’s digital department, she develops and executes overall digital marketing strategy and leverages data to ensure campaigns are connected to overarching business goals.
“Abbie’s laser-focused ability to identify, manage and maximize digital opportunities takes both our internal and clients’ systems to the next level,” said Principal and Executive Creative Director Doug Carpenter. “We’re growing quickly in the area.”
Katie Elizabeth Carpenter, who just celebrated one year with the firm, has been named Account Manager. From client rebrands to DCA ventures, Katie Elizabeth continues to navigate new opportunities with detail, discipline and discretion.
DCA is pleased to welcome Annelise Danielson as Project Manager. Annelise, who became introduced to the agency more directly through the Discover Memphis Naturally campaign, has served as Store Manager of REI Memphis for 5 years.
“Through her role at REI, Annelise has excelled at cultivating partnerships and simultaneously managing people, projects, and budgets,” continued Carpenter. “We’re excited her career is leading her to DCA, where she will apply those skill sets to our client roster.”
DCA has also welcomed Ava Richardson as Account Coordinator. A Memphis native and graduate of Crosstown High School, Ava has quickly jumped into DCA client projects, supporting research, workflow, and content management.
