We built an identity on a century of history. From its beginnings in 1917 as a Nabisco warehouse, 11 West Huling was intended to do more than simply get the job done. Its original designers looked beyond mere function to do something revolutionary: build a workspace that made the people within it feel proud and appreciated. Over the course of a century, it housed a boat manufacturer, a liquor distributor, a photography studio, and an architecture firm.
